I have a 14l dehumidifier that's light goes blue and green never red. I recently bought a new one exactly the same but the light goes gren then red never blue in the same place as the old one. The old one is stable if you move it the new one makes a clanking noise. Could you advise if there is a problem this is the second new one as b & q changed the last one as it did the same thing. The house we have has quite a lot of condensation because we are on a water table. The person I spoke to said to take it back . I need help and my messages have not been answered

I have a major problem with a Dimplex Bach 20 Optiflame electric fire. I have tried to contact Dimplex by telephone, impossible. I have messaged them via the system on their website, my messages remain unanswered. I have spoken several times to the company that deal with Dimplex issues, Flame, they seem totally unable to grasp the problems I am suffering and passing me off with wrong instructions. I now wish that I had bought from a different manufacturer who would almost certainly have much better customer service.Dont D

I needed help with existing unit and advice buying new one

I had an old panel heater that was installed before i bought my house, it was receiving power but not heating so i wanted help 1.troubleshooting the issue 2. Checking power necessities and 3. Buying a new one I got nowhere trying to contact via the phone so filled out a form and got no reply back whatsoever other than asking how Dimplex did, as if they had closed the case. eventually got an electrician to help and even advised and helped me fit new one, mental that i can get a tradesman to advise, help, buy and install my new heater and help me with this situation quicker than i can even get basic customer service answer from Dimplex, awful customer service.

Electric Shower

Ive just moved into my new home and have a redring pure 8.5kw shower. I think there is a problem with it as it only heats the water it its on full power and full temperature, if I use eco full temperature its cold. The builder says its working fine, its a cheap shower and can only heat the water to warm on the full power full heat setting. Can you please tell me what temperature of water I should expect from the settings on this shower. Please can I have an email address for you so I can send video.

User's recommendation: Spoke with very helpful chap about the shower, turns out it’s not fitted correctly. Builder has agreed to swap it, I’ve opted for a more powerful shower, that I’ve bought the builder will fit it.

Still heard not a thing from Dimplex. It is approaching three weeks since I reported the issue and had a response saying someone would contact me within three to five days. Heard nothing since then!! Two pensioners feeling cold!!

Since the October 2016, we are trying to use Dimplex LAV 9 IMR heat pump. Since the day the device was installed, it working very very loudly. The temperature of the first floor is so-so; however, second floor is colder and the third floor is the coldest. In regard to the hot water, it is almost cold in the mornings. In December 2016, the device worked at the maximum capacity and heated my house; however, our neighbours are complaining about the noise at maximum levels during 24 hours!!!! Now, all our windows are closed and I am measuring the voice of the device outside. The voice decibel is 68. and frequency is 67 Hz. This number is 56.7 for the internal part of the device. My question is whether it is normal that a house having the equipment below gives those numbers of Decibel while the outside temperature is 11 centigrade. Your distributor i Turkey, claims that those level of decibels and Hz are quite normal. The distance between the device outside and our house’s garden’s door is 28 meters and you can clearly hear the voice while entering to the garden (not the house!). It is the same 24 hours of day. For 1.5 months, I claim that there is a problem with the device to your distributor;however, there has been no solution until now. I cannot understand how such a big company could produce such a bad device. My request is my problems below to be solved in the shortest period: 1. the device is working very very loudly for 24 hours in a day. 2. Electricity consumption is very high. 3. The device is not heating inside efficiently. 4. The device is not heating the water. Finally, here is the technical details of our house in case you prefer to compare: 1. The construction finished in July 2016. 2. There is 140 meters Fraenkische floor heating pipes which heat 3 floors in the house. 3. It has parellel connection to the solar panel system. 4. ceramic corridors, rooms laminate (balterio) which is convenient with floor heating (https://www.krono-original.com/be/laminate-flooring). 5.
